What artwork files can I upload?

PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, and PDF files are accepted on this order form. Vector artwork is preferred when available because it usually gives us the cleanest production source.

Can I choose a custom patch shape?

Yes. Choose “Custom / Contour” and upload your artwork. The final cut line and production treatment are confirmed during review.

Can I order different hat or patch colors?

Yes. For mixed configurations, add each configuration to the cart as its own line item so every color and patch combination stays clear on the order.

What is the difference between no visible stitching and black stitching?

No visible stitching keeps the patch face visually clean. Black stitching adds a visible sewn perimeter. Choose the look you prefer and we’ll review the configuration with your artwork.

Is the on-page preview the final production proof?

No. It is a fast visual guide. Your actual artwork and selected configuration are reviewed before production.
